Assalamualykum and good day.

On behalf of the President of the Association of Naval Architects & Marine Engineers (ANAME) Bangladesh, Prof. Dr. Reaz Hasan Khondokar, I am inviting you to become a member of our professional association. Membership is open to Bangladeshi Naval Architects (passed from BUET & MIST) who is involved or interested in the design, construction, maintenance and operation of marine vessels and structures. The association was established on 1993 to promote the professional interests and social welfare of its members.

Membership Benefit:

  • ANAME Certification required for any insolvent with Department of Shipping.
  • Connectivity with group of same professionals, working around the world.
  • Collectively serving the community and serving the nation.
  • Networking with the alumni and friends.

Procedure:

Please fill-up the attached application form and send us (hard copy or soft copy to ata786rah@gmail.com) with following documents

  • NID/passport copy
  • Sc. Certificate
  • TIN certificate if available
  • Passport size photo

Membership Fee:    

  • BDT 5,000 for life membership
  • BDT 1500 for General membership (to be renewed annually).

I, the undersigned, certify the above statements and do hereby agree that in the event of my election as Fellow/ Ordinary Member/ Student Member, I will be governed by the constitution and by-laws of Association of Naval Architect and Marine Engineers, Bangladesh; that I will advance the objects of the Association as far as shall be in my power, and will attend the Meetings thereof as often as I conveniently can; provided that whenever I shall signify in writing to the Secretary that I desire to withdraw from the Association, I shall (after payment of any arrears of subscriptions which may be due by me) be free from this obligation.
